We often let our pride get in our way, not wanting to admit that we can’t do everything ourselves. But that’s ridiculous! Everyone needs help from time to time. For most of us there’s bound to be parents, family members, or friends that are more than willing to help out. I know my parents love spending time with the kids and are happy to lend a hand while I hit the gym or the local hiking trail. In most cases, you just have to ask the question. So it’s time to stop making excuses, and get started on the path to a healthy new you.
